Lifetime Limited Warranty

All LiteFighter® Systems, LLC products include a Limited Lifetime Warranty against material defect or manufacturing to the original purchaser. Items will be replaced at our discretion. When returned with the receipt, if a replacement product is not available, credit will be given for the original purchase price.

Warranties only apply to new products sold by LiteFighter.com or an authorized retailer with original proof of purchase and are not transferable. Warranties do not apply to products that have been purchased through another retailer or used market.

Our warranty does not cover issues attributable to, or resulting from, the natural breakdown of materials that occurs inevitably with extended use, or defects caused by accident, abuse, alteration, natural hazards (i.e. weather, animals, ultraviolet [UV] damage), misuse or improper care.

Products returned for repair must be cleaned prior to sending. There are no other warranties, express or implied, beyond the terms of this warranty. In no event shall LiteFighter® Systems, LLC be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising out of or resulting from the use of a LiteFighter® Systems, LLC product.

Returns Policy

LiteFighter® accepts merchandise returns within 45 days of the original receipt date and will
issue a refund at the time of return, after inspection, and only with a valid proof of purchase. A
valid proof of purchase is an original sales invoice or packing slip.

Please fill out a Warranty Claim Form to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

  • All returns must be shipped with a Return Authorization number noted
  • All products must be returned within the original or unopened condition (all contents with original packaging, stuff sacks, storage sacks, hangtags, etc.)
  • LiteFighter® will only honor returns for orders placed on www.LiteFighter.com
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable with the exception of defective merchandise
  • Postage will not be refunded on returns due to personal dislikes
  • Return turn-around time can take up to 2-weeks
  • Refunds will be issued upon receipt and review of your return
  • All CONUS returns must be sent back to LiteFighter via UPS. APO/DPO/FPO, Alaska, and Hawaii returns must be returned via USPS. International returns can ship best way available*UPS/FedEx/DHL preferred*
  • Sale price and limited-edition purchases are final, and do not qualify for a refund or return

Shipping Policy

At LiteFighter® our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most efficient way possible. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at Checkout. All shipments are sent via UPS with the exception of APO, Alaska and Hawaii deliveries which will be shipped via USPS.

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Therefore, if you select ‘Standard Overnight’ you will receive your merchandise within 3 business days.

Shipping Limitations

When an order is placed, it will be shipping to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website to the hands of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

What happens if there is an issue with delivery?

The carrier is responsible for its delivery once a package leaves our warehouse. LiteFighter® is
not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
